Each member may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

5 Account Suspension and Closure

888bk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms.
Providing false or misleading information.
Fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
Evidence of bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
Failure to cooperate with the age verification process.

In the event of account closure, actual deposited funds (not bonuses) will be returned, unless they are connected to fraudulent activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Policy

6 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

888bk supports the following payment methods for members in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

Important Conditions

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable after the bonus conditions are met.
Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not accepted.

7 Bonus and Promotion Terms

888bk offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply to this bonus and any future promotions:

Welcome Bonus Details

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000.
Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit), total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirement

You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers required before withdrawing bonus winnings.
The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Some games may not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement — please read the promotion details.

General Bonus Rules

Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
You may not participate in multiple bonus offers at the same time, unless specifically permitted in the promotion's terms.
If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
888bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

8 VIP Program

The 888bk VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's regular participation and activity. VIP benefits apply only while the account is active. 888bk reserves the right to modify the VIP program rules.

Gaming Rules and Code of Conduct

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

888bk provides various gaming services including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other sports betting. The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activities:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a bet is not approved due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be returned.
Exploiting any error or bug in a game to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
Using automated bots or software to play is prohibited.
Defrauding the platform through collusion or conspiracy is prohibited.

Special Sports Betting Rules

The odds applicable in sports betting are those displayed at the time the bet is placed, and these are final. If an event is cancelled, the deposited amount will be returned. In special circumstances, 888bk's decision regarding the determination of an event's outcome shall be considered final.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888bk platform:

Assisting minors in creating accounts.
Allowing another person to use your personal account.
Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
Any attempt at hacking or cyber attacks.

Consequences: A member involved in any of the above activities will have their account immediately closed and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

888bk reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue any game, service, or feature. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible. If the platform is permanently shut down, the real money balance of all active members will be refunded.
